Ruwac's industry-leading MicroClean filter removes 99.9% of particles down to and including .5 micron in size, leaving your spray booth dustless and squeaky clean. Made in the USA, every FRV100 vacuum is built to order, self certified to the same UL and CSA standards that our electric vacuums are certified to and are categorized under Class I Groups C & D and Class II Groups E, F & G. Designed especially for explosive dust situations and OSHA compliant in accordance to CPL03-00-008.

MicroClean Filtration

This vacuum features Ruwac’s industry-leading MicroClean filtration system. Unlike other makers’ vacuums which use expensive cartridges that rely on gimmicky reverse pulse filtration, Ruwac's MicroClean filter outlasts and outperforms them with a proven pleated style and external manual shaker. Combined with more usable surface and a lower face velocity, this filter prevents dry materials from prematurely clogging inside. 99.99% efficient at 0.5 micron, the MicroClean's innovative design keeps filter integrity intact and in turn, ensures you have a long-lasting, low maintenance, dust-free operation that reduces costly filter replacements. All Ruwac MicroClean filters come with a 3-year guarantee.

Optional HEPA / ULPA Upgrade

In addition to Ruwac's premier MicroClean filtration technology, this vacuum also has the option to upgrade to HEPA or ULPA. Since the primary MicroClean filter is so efficient, only clean airs sees the filter and the result is both purified air and the elimination of costly HEPA replacements. Each HEPA filter is DOP tested and certified.
