Previously you needed a separate dust collector and a separate industrial vacuum to keep your facility clean of dust and powders. Two separate systems to maintain, operate and empty. The Ruwac explosion proof product line are the first Hybrid, multi-function machine that can be used for both activities and are NFPA compliant, require no explosion vent and are completely built here in the USA . So you accomplish two important functions with a single, safe machine. Ruwac units will control dust from a variety of processes where combustible dust is present including mixing, weighing, feeding, blending, grinding and filling operations. Ruwac offers a wide variety of portable Explosion Proof Vacuum Systems starting with 120v up to 20 HP 3 Phase which are all Hybrid type that permit both dust control and vacuum cleanup in a single portable, cost effective unit.

At any time the same unit can be used with dozens of accessories for vacuuming combustible dust and powders from machinery, product spillage, etc. Models are available in 9, 24, or 30 gal, continuous discharge or direct bagger style.

- Ruwac explosion proof dust collection systems are an alternative to conventional centralized or portable dust collection systems.
- Compact systems are NFPA compliant for combustible dusts and a fraction of the cost of centralized system. Available for both Class 2, Div 2 areas, Class 1, Div 1 & 2 (Group D), and Class 2, Div 1 & 2 (Groups F & G). Group E for metal dusts also available.
- Serves your dust collection needs as it brings the suction power to the source instead of being remotely located using “high pressure source capture”
- Plug and Play- fully portable and can be used in multiple locations. No installation required.
- Requires no explosion vent or isolation valve
